Here is what you can expect:
• Make yourself at home in a cozy cabin (or bring home with you in your favorite tent or camper).
• Every meal is prepared for you, and tastes great.
• Daily chapel services invite your family to get out of your normal routine and recenter on Jesus.
• The choice to relax in nature or play nonstop – with access to fun activities for all ages. Younger children will love the swim area, canoe/boat rides, fishing and coordinated games. Older children will enjoy the zipline, waterslide, go-carts and horse rides! There is something for everyone to enjoy!
• Family-centered team games designed to create lifelong memories for your family.

During enrollment you will select your choice of lodging and purchase meal tickets for every family member attending. The cost will vary for every family.

HOW TO ENROLL

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Come on out to Camp Thursday, August 14 between 3:30-5:30 PM EST! Upon arriving, please check-in at the Lodge. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM EST.
DEPARTURE INFORMATION
On Sunday, we will have Family Camp Awards in the Chapel before departures at 11:00 AM EST.
LATE ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES
If your family needs to arrive late or depart early, please let the Camp Office know at (269)673-6155 or registrar@beechpoint.com at your earliest convenience.
SCHEDULE
Upon arriving you will receive a detailed activity schedule to make sure that your family has an opportunity to do all the activities! Younger children will love the swim area, canoe/boat rides, fishing and coordinated games. Older children will enjoy the zipline, waterslide, go-carts and horse rides! There is something for everyone to enjoy!

ACTIVITY AGE, WEIGHT & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
We have a variety of fun activities and experiences for your family to participate in! Some of our activities have special legal requirements and age restrictions. Please CLICK HERE to read an overview of activity requirements.
LIABILITY FORM
All participants will be required to sign a Liability Form in order to participate in activities at Camp Beechpoint.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unforeseen event that your family is no longer able to attend Family Camp please contact the Camp Office at beechpoint@beechpoint.com or (269)673-6155 at your earliest convenience.
Cancellations made:
- before July 14, 2025 will receive a 100% refund for Lodging and 100% refund for Meal Tickets.
- between July 14 – August 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund for Lodging and 100% refund for Meal Tickets.
- after August 1, 2025 will not receive a refund.
PHOTO RELEASE
During Family Camp our photographer will be on-site capturing special moments as they happen. Pictures taken will be shared with families after the event. Some photos may also be shared on our social media accounts and in other communication pieces related to the mission of Camp Beechpoint. During registration you will have the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out of having photos taken of your family.
HEALTH & SAFETY RULES
Below, is a list of camp rules that pertain to the health and safety or our families:
- MEDICAL CARE: Families are responsible for their own medical care. Thank you for your assistance in monitoring your family’s health and medication.
- CHILD SUPERVISION: We kindly ask that children under the age of 18 be supervised by an adult from your family group at all times.
- PRIVACY:Each family will have their own private lodging. To honor every family’s privacy, please do not enter other family’s lodging.
- FOOD/DRINKS IN CABINS: Here at Camp, we LOVE food! Three meals per day and multiple snack breaks will keep your family energized. You know who else likes food?? Bugs and critters! In order to keep pests out of your belongings, please do not bring food, snacks and sugary drinks into the cabins. Thanks!
- SMOKING / ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Camp Beechpoint is a smoke-free and alcohol-free campus.
- WEAPONS / KNIVES: Please Do Not Bring weapons or knives of any kind
Thank you for helping us keep Camp a safe place! Please note: Camp Beechpoint reserves the right to ask anyone to depart the premises who does not adhere to the rules.
ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Although care is taken to properly clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment our facility is not an allergen-free environment – sorry! Even so, we are able to to accommodate most, but not all, allergies and dietary restrictions. If a family member has a less common allergy or dietary need, we would love to know in advance. PACKING LIST
Essentials:
- Clothing for sunny, rainy, or cool days
- One pair of long pants (Required to go to horse barn)
- Closed toed shoes (Required for non-water activities. Note: crocs are not considered closed toed shoes)
- Pajamas
- Beach towel
- Bath towel
- Swimsuit (one piece or modest tankini for girls; swim trunks for guys)
- Medications (All medications must be stored with responsible adult)
- Sleeping bag or Twin size sheets and blanket
- Pillow
- Shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant
- Bible, Notebook & Pen
Optional:
- Coordinating clothes for family photos
- Shoes for the gym
- Flip flops for showering
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Extra blanket
- Water bottle
- Hairbrush/hair ties
- Please note: that there are fans in every cabin
AIR CONDITIONING
None of our gathering spaces are air conditioned at this time. Thankfully, the cabins are in the shade and fans are provided in every cabin! Consider bringing cotton bed sheets to stay cool at night.
FACILITY INFORMATION
The following facilities will be open to all families during Family Camp: Lodge Deck & Loft, Gym, Chapel, Picnic Tables, Cove.
Each family will have their own private lodging. To honor every family’s privacy, please do not enter other family’s lodging.
For everyone’s safety, please don’t go in the lake or on the docks when it is not a scheduled activity time (and lifeguards are not present).
