WE ARE ON MISSION:

Camp Beechpoint exists to reach urban and under-resourced youth & families with the gospel of Jesus Christ through a quality Christian camping experience.

WE ARE BLESSED WITH 65 YEARS OF MINISTRY:

Since 1959, thousands of campers have experienced Christ-centered fun, lifelong friendship, outdoor adventure, and personal growth while at Camp Beechpoint!

WE ARE SET APART FOR GOD’S PURPOSES:

Camp Beechpoint is located on the shore of Dumont Lake in Southwest Michigan.

With over 100 acres of forest and shoreline, Beechpoint offers recreational experiences for all ages, as well as peaceful spaces to connect with the Lord and one another.

 

WE OFFER EXCITING EXPERIENCES:

Camp Beechpoint is the best week of the summer! In addition to daily Chapel & time alone with God, campers can experience amazing Activities including: Archery/Riflery, Boat Rides, Climbing Wall, Campfires & Cookouts, Fishing, Go Carts, Horse Rides, Petting Farm, Waterslide, Zipline & More!

WE DISCIPLE YEAR-ROUND:

Camp Beechpoint offers a transformational discipleship pathway from Child to Young Adult. Learn more about our Year-Round Discipleship Pathway, as well as the Camps we offer:

85% of CAMPERS RECEIVE NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS!

Camp is committed to fundraising on behalf of our campers, so that families can experience the hope of Christ at Camp!

OUR STAFF LOVE JESUS & KIDS:

At Camp Beechpoint, our staff complete an extensive hiring and training process to ensure a safe and fun summer. Your safety is our priority.

 

WE LIVE BY FAITH:

Given that 85% of our Campers come on scholarship, the majority of our budget is dependent on the generosity of God’s people. We have faith that God will provide!

Our Beliefs

We believe…

  • The Bible is given by inspiration of God. The Bible is given to people as the authority to live by.
  • God eternally exists in three persons – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
  • Satan is real. He seeks to destroy people.
  • Sin is anything people do, say, or think that is against God’s law
  • Jesus Christ is 100% God and 100% human. He is perfect and never sinned.
  • People were created by God – on purpose and in the image of God.
  • Every person is born with sin. Sin separates people from God.
  • Because God loves people, He made a way for people to be forgiven of their sins.
  • Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay the cost (death) for each person’s sin.
  • After His death, Jesus Christ came back to life (resurrected) and is now in heaven with God the Father.
  • People can only be made right with God (reconciled) through faith in what Jesus Christ did on the cross.
  • Christians (people saved by Jesus Christ through faith) have the Holy Spirit within them which gives them the ability to overcome sin.
  • Jesus Christ commands Christians to teach the Gospel (good news of Jesus’ sacrifice).
  • Someday, Jesus Christ will return to Earth.

Our Location

Camp Beechpoint is located at 3212 125th Ave. Allegan, MI. Beechpoint is situated on the Northern shore of Dumont Lake, with over 100 acres of forest and shoreline. Beechpoint is 3 hours north of Chicago, and 2.5 hours west of Detroit.
